John L. Sabre, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Prior to joining Mount Yale in 2001, Mr. Sabre was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. and Head of the Mezzanine Capital Group. Mr. Sabre previously served as President of First Dominion Capital, which managed $3.0 billion of assets and is now owned by Credit Suisse First Boston. Prior to his position at First Dominion Capital, Mr. Sabre was a Managing Director and founding partner of Indosuez Capital, the merchant banking division of Credit Agricole Indosuez. Mr. Sabre holds a B.S. degree from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |

Roger C. Bowden, President Mr. Bowden served as Mount Yale's Chief Investment Officer from 1999 through 2002. Prior to founding the firm in 1999, he was the Chief Investment Officer and Director of Research at Portfolio Management Consultants, Inc. Mr. Bowden was previously employed by the Hanseatic Group, Inc., a Commodity Trade Advisor specializing in currency and fixed income derivative trading, where he held roles including trader, financial analyst and head of Asian marketing. Mr. Bowden holds an M.A. degree in Economics and an M.B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico. |

Greg D. Anderson, Chief Investment Officer Prior to founding Mount Yale in 1999, Mr. Anderson was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Investment Manager Search, Evaluation, and Due Diligence at Portfolio Management Consultants, Inc. Mr. Anderson was previously employed with Deloitte & Touche where he specialized in the areas of estate planning, health care and non-profit organizations, and tax and personal finance planning for high net worth individuals. Mr. Anderson holds a B.A. degree from Hamline University in Minnesota and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law. Mr. Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Brian Y. McLean, Senior Managing Director Mr. McLean is the Managing Director in charge of offshore business development. He has served on the board of directors of Investment Consulting Group LLC (a wealth management service platform with $850 million in assets). He has served on the board of several NASDAQ and AMEX listed companies. He holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles and an A.B. in economics with honors from the University of Chicago. |

Rohit Vohra, Senior Vice President, Director of Research Mr. Vohra is a member of the Portfolio Management team of Mount Yale Capital Group. Mr. Vohra directs the Manager Search, Due Diligence, Selection and Risk Management Team for Alternative Investments. Prior to joining Mount Yale in 1999, Mr. Vohra managed North Indian operations for Lloyds Finance Limited, one of India's leading Non-Banking Finance Companies engaged in Corporate Finance, Consumer Finance and Merchant Banking. Mr. Vohra has a Bachelor in Commerce from Punjab University in India, an M.B.A. from Nagpur University in India, as well as an M.S. in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. |

Eric Englebrecht, Senior Vice President of Sales Mr. Englebrecht is responsible for implementation of investment strategies and management of relationships for key clients and advisors. Prior to joining Mt. Yale in 2000, he worked as a Supervisor for Merrill Lynch, overseeing the stock option plans for Intel, Coke and SBC executives. Mr. Englebrecht has a B.S. degree in Finance from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Englebrecht is Series 7 and 66 registered. |

Marc E. Friedman, Senior Vice President, Investment Strategy & Research Prior to joining Mount Yale, Mr. Friedman was with Bard Capital Group, a private equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts of middle market operating companies. He was responsible for acquisition due diligence and execution as well as various financial initiatives with portfolio companies. Previously, he was an investment banker in the Corporate Finance Department of Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Inc. He has experience across a broad range of industries and has led the execution of many M&A and financing transactions. Prior to Stifel, was an Associate with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Friedman received a B.S. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and earned an M.B.A. and M.S. in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. |

David B. Gottesman, Senior Vice President of Sales David joins Mount Yale after 5 years with ING LifeDesign, where he most recently served as Marketing Relationship Manager for a major national account serving over 225 member firms delivering life insurance products and sales ideas. Prior to joining ING, David was Director of Operations for a South Florida wealth management firm. David entered the financial services industry in 1989. His background includes sophisticated life insurance planning, estate and wealth transfer, corporate markets, and business succession and retention planning. |

Bill Rohlf, Vice President, Operations New to Mount Yale in 2008, Bill brings broad experience in the areas of Management, Sales and Training from major firms such as US West/Qwest Telecommunications and Xerox. He served on the Board of Directors for Mount Yale's Oasis SP Fund, the Mount Yale Opportunity Fund and currently serves on the Hennepin County Library Board Foundation. Bill holds a B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota. |

Mike Klever, Vice President, Advisor Services New to Mount Yale in 2008, Mike came to us from Merrill Lynch with extensive experience in client services, product management and relationship building, primarily with institutional level and high net worth clients. David F. Dalvey, Managing Partner - Mount Yale Venture Fund Mr. Dalvey is Managing Partner of Mount Yale's venture capital fund of funds and direct venture capital investment portfolio products and additionally is a Managing Director of Mount Yale Securities, LLC, the firm's broker/dealer where he is responsible for corporate finance and merger and acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Mount Yale, Mr. Dalvey was a partner with Brightstone Capital, LLC, a manager of venture capital funds focused on emerging growth businesses. Before that he was head of corporate finance for R.J. Steichen & Co. a regional investment bank. Mr. Dalvey also was an investment banker with Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, a national investment banking firm. Mr. Dalvey holds a B.S. degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. |
